How to Enter Promo Codes:
- Once on the website you will see a Shopping Cart Icon in the upper right hand corner.
- The background is blue and the cart logo is orange. Click on the cart.
- Once you click, you will see White Blank Rectangle that states Enter Voucher Code.
- Put your promo bonus code in the rectangle asking for the voucher code, and simply hit the Orange ‘Apply to Order’ button.
- Once your bonus is added either select Free First Class Shipping or Courier for 4.99.

If you want to interact with FFX there is a Contact US section on their website. If you fill out your name, email address, contact number, subject, and account or order number. customer wants to interact with the merchant, how could they do it? Does the merchant have a Facebook page? Twitter? Instagram?
If you would prefer to call customer support than call at 01303 852692. Their offices are open Monday-Thursday from 7 am to 5 pm. Friday they are open from 7:30 am to 5 pm. Saturday from 8am to 12 pm.

FFX allows a generous refund policy. Any item purchased from the store can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Returns are processed using a Return Form PDF file available on their website and shipping the items back to FFX Returns,Unit H Lympne Industrial Estate,Hythe, Kent, CT21 4LR. To ensure that the returns make it there, it is recommended to use a tracked service.
Wait for a Call from the Returns Team
The returns team is supposed to call you upon receipt of an item. This should only take 3-4 working days, but if you haven’t gotten a return receipt email you should email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Customer Services on 01303 852692 selecting option 1 then select option 4 for their returns team.
Refunds Take 14 Days
The money should be refunded to you within 14 days of FFX receiving the item back. If shipping the item is not an option for any reason, a client can arrange the collection of their items via phone, email, or the contact us form on the web. The number to call would be 01303 852692
Make sure to put the items in their original packaging. Take care not to damage the item itself or the original packaging. If the packaging is damaged than you may not be able to get a refund at all.
For Damaged/Defective Products:
For faulty or damaged items you that you believe were hurt in transit you should call within 48 hrs or the refund isn’t guaranteed and you wouldn’t be able to prove through the terms that you were not at fault. If something is damaged in transit you should immediately call 01303 852692, or email.
Petrol & Vacuums
Special caveats exist for returning items such as petrol and vacuums. Anything petrol related needs to be completely drained and emptied of the fuel or it will not be accepted or you may be assessed additional fees. With vacuums you must ensure you empty out the dust bag or your return may be rejected. Basically don’t bring in a dusty vacuum or a leaky gas smelling petrol product. It will not be accepted.
